Upon purchasing a license, FramerSend grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our routing service for your Framer forms in accordance with your chosen pricing tier.

3. Data Processing

You retain all rights to the data submitted through your forms. FramerSend acts as a conduit to securely transmit this data to your chosen CRM integration and does not claim ownership or rights over your submitted data.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on FramerSend's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. FramerSend makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall FramerSend or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FramerSend's website.
